Our office operates under an affordable monthly membership model with no penalty for cancellation.
What this means is that once you become a patient with this primary care clinic, you will have easy access to your primary care provider as we are able to limit the number of patients in the practice. We are available to our patients 24/7 via a direct line. By eliminating the “middle man” (insurance),we are able to simplify your care and financial burden with transparent pricing and no hidden fees. This increases the quality of your healthcare and decreases the cost.
Our goal is to create a better relationship between patient and provider so we can help to improve health and overall wellness by removing the barriers to excellent care.
Your membership includes unlimited office and virtual visits with no extra visit costs, most point of care testing done in the office including pregnancy tests, viral swabs (COVID, strep, flu etc.), urinalysis, glucose levels, office procedures including biopsies, laceration repair, wound care, and knee and shoulder injections, PAP smears and access to wholesale lab pricing for bloodwork, urine cultures, pathology fees etc.
Adult medicine & Chronic disease management
We provide adult preventative care and chronic disease management including annual physicals and gynecologic exams.
We have same day or next day acute care visits and offer on-site lab draws for members.
Most in-office procedures and point of care testing is included in the membership fees, including laceration repair, wound care, EKGs and urinalysis.
Pediatric care
We provide full pediatric care as well as pediatric physical therapy (when enrolled in a physical therapy membership). We enjoy taking care of entire families and thus offer a reduced family membership rate.
